HOME DELIVERY

Orders have a delivery time of between 24 and 48 hours (express deliivery) or between 48 and 72 hours (standar delivery) on business days through the Post Office. This period may vary on holidays, launch periods and electoral votes (within a maximum perior of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation).

All orders begin to be prepared in our warehouse, located in Vigo, when the payment is confirmed. Our handling time is 2-4 business days.

All orders have a tracking number here you can follow each step of your order. The link will be sent through the email/sms that you have provided in your account once it is sent.

Note that:

 - If no one is home when the courier goes to deliver, they will try to deliver once more on the next business day.

 - In the case of absence at the delivery address, a notification will be left in the mailbox that the package will be at your disposal at the notifies post office for a period of 15 days.

 -In the case of not picking up the package, it will be forwarded to the sender. Whose cost will be paid by the addressee.

It is important to leave a contact telephone number to be able to contact you in case it is necessary to guarantee delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES (STANDARD) 

Spain: 1-3 business days.

United Kingdom and Europe: 3-5 business days.

United States and Canada: 4-7 business days. 

Rest of the world: 6-8 business days. 

If for any reason we could not meet the delivery date, we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option of going ahead with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which is accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address provided.

 

DELIVERY AT COLLECTION POINT (FREE) 

The pick-up point option will appear once you register and enter your postal code. At the moment, it is only available in Vigo.

Orders to the collection point have a delivery time of between 24 and 48 hours. The holder of the order has a period of 7 calendar days to collect it, otherise it ill be returned to our warehouses. The addressee must identify themselves with their ID at the time of  collect  the package. If the owner can not come, the person who picks it up, must be authorized with the owner's ID and yours.

If for any reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option of going ahead with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the order has been delivered at the moment in which you or the person indicated by you, acquires material possesion of the products, which is will accredit with your ID.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Changes and returns are only allowed within 14 days after receiving the merchandise. You can request the return form here. 

Once submitted, we will process the request by email.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging with the security tag attached and intact. Returns that are damaged, dirty or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

You can make an item or size change without shipping costs. Returns are free. The full amount of the bikini will be returned. If you return a complete order, shipping costs will be refunded in a store voucher worth a maximum of €4. If you return part of the order, the amount of the bikini will be refunded. If you return part of the order and have benefited from free shipping, the corresponding shipping adjustment will be made in the refund of the amount of the bikini. .

If any merchandise is damaged or defective, send us an email immediately with the subject "damaged item" to hola@papayan.es.

We will contact you within 2-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders will be shipped via Correos Express. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and you can calculate the amount at checkout before placing the order.

*International orders are subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees determined by the country to which the package is shipped.

We are not responsible for these fees and will NOT accept returned merchandise if you choose not to pay these fees as indicated by the country to which the package was shipped. For international returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item, but the amount will be returned to you in a store voucher (maximum €8). You only have to provide proof of the shipping cost sent by the transport company. The voucher can be used once and will not be cumulative for other returns.
